Answering God’s Call for Early Years

Fifteen years ago, I felt the lord impress upon my heart to set up a nursery with a Christian ethos. In 2008 I received a word from a visiting pastor at the church I attended at the time who spoke to me and said, “You will bear so much fruit it will be indescribable”. At the time I wasn’t sure what it meant but over the years my love for Christ has grown and my love to nurture children has increased and so the two have naturally come together. The desire to have an Early Years provision with Christ at the centre has been of paramount importance in my life. A place where children, parents and families can come and experience the love and joy of Christ and so I claim the word I received and thank God for His living word which describes the importance of abiding in Him “I am the vine, you are the branches, if you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit” John 15v 5
Today we give God all the glory and thank Him for His provision and resources that has enabled us to set up Heart Preschool in Nottingham. We are currently waiting patiently for OFSTED to complete our application and implement a pre-registration visit so we can open.
Please pray for Heart Preschool in Nottingham that we will successfully open, that the lives of children and families in the area will have a place of refuge, experience the love of Christ and his joy will flow through their lives. We also ask for God’s continued favour in the area of provision and prosperity, so His plans for Heart Preschool will sustain.
We thank the lord for the love and support from Love Early Years with helping us along this journey.
